Creative
"Creative"
is the term that the ad industry uses to cover the concept, art
and the copywriting side of the business.
On the web
we need creative marketing, creative visual themes that integrate
your websites and/or creative solutions to site organization challenges.
Creative people
are often considered messy and disorderly. They can be trouble,
because they are always stepping outside of the box and breaking
the rules. But the odd thing is that when they get outside of the
box, they create new, bigger boxes, and a new sense of order.
So creativity
is actually a form of problem-solving, or creating order out of
apparent disorder. Creative people discover opportunities for a
larger, more inclusive order, and when they step out of the box,
they let in a lot of fresh air.
This is another
service that we provide. It's hard to define as a billable service,
because it may happen in the first 30 seconds after you tell us
your business idea, or it may happen in the middle of the night
when an idea sends us to a pad of paper.
We have a long
history of creative concept and marketing behind us. We'd like to
work with you to make the future of your company a fascinating,
out of the box exploration of success of a higher order.
And of course
we do classical creative direction on any marketing, advertising
or web-based project on the planet (or off... see #2 and #6 below).
Creative Project #1
Museweek, a weekly online literary magazine. Based on the concept of the nine muses of ancient Greek mythology, and their corresponding genres of art and literature.
Creative Project #2
Cyberspacecafe, a website selling website design services as if websites were a kind of intellectual food, in a galaxy far, far away.
Creative Project #3
A proposed
web access and web business services division for Telegroup, a telephony
company. The program was cut as the company went under. Then Telegroup
was bought out by another company that eventually restyled it as
a web access and web business services company. Funny how that is.
Creative Project #4
The Creative Department, a print and web ad agency. This firm was founded 6 years ago, when the web was young.
Creative Project #5
The HiLight,
a concept for a LED alphanumeric display box that was supposed to
sit in the back of your window on the freeway, so that you could
send messages to other cars via a hand-held keyboard
Creative Project #6
Twin Galaxies
Sister Galaxy, a fully-developed concept, and rollout/development
schedule for a 3-D interactive parallel website to a video game
industry website
Creative Project #7
Techs and Arty,
a prototype for a cartoon to support rebranding initiatives for
a software ergonomics firm.
Creative Project #8
The Broadway
Revue Team, a revue series of Broadway shows, using karaoke technology.
Creative Project #9
The Bedtime
Snack Theatre, a successful improv/comedy skit group that actually
served a snack at the intermission.
Creative Project #10
Show &
Telegram: Concept and Marketing for a singing telegram business
Creative Project #11
LovePoemDanceMusic,
a choreographed mix of western poetry, modern dance, and Japanese
Haiku.
Creative Project #12
Partner Dance,
a Valentine's day fund-raiser featuring 35 dancers in all kinds
of partner dance from swing to disco to cabaret to ballet.
Creative Project #13
Shirts DeSign
, a line of t-shirts based on highway signs.
Creative Project #14
FPAC TV 9,
founding and serving on the board of the local Public Access TV
Station.
Creative Project #15
If I tell you
I have to beat you to market with my own idea. Let's just say that
the teams are named after snacks: the Hohos, The Cheetos, The Fritos,
The Twinkies, The Nachos, etc.
