Management
Web project
management may start with a formal information architecture review,
done onsite at your company. If you have no existing site, or are
redoing your site from the ground up, you should have a sense of
what to include in your site, balancing corporate and client needs.
We can manage
that process, in addition to web project management of any scope,
which may require site architecture development, usability analyses,
concept and navigation metaphors, prototyping, icon design, html
and asp programming, java programming, and database integration
of any size.
Most projects
will only require our core team, but we use a general contractor
model on larger projects, whereby a site of any magnitude or complexity
can be designed based on the addition of contract personnel.
It all starts
with a discussion via e-mail or
by phone.
Let's talk
(or type),
