This site is primarily designed to answer your questions regarding the STOTT PILATES professional certification courses that are available via Risë Karns Stokstad in the Iowa STOTT PILATES Training facility. The site includes course schedules, prerequisites, required materials, etc. to answer your questions, plus providing an application form in case you want to sign up for courses.

The site also serves STOTT PILATES instructors in Iowa and environs with testing, certification and continuing education information.
