Why peace costs less

It's expensive to build things. Creating planes and ships and guns and bombs costs money, And energy. You can't have vague gun. You can't have a subtle ship. To build a plane you need metal (or ceramic) skin, circuitry, computers, software, shielding, complicated engines, scientists, engineers, research, mechanics, traffic controllers, trained pilots, etc.

Things are specific. Hard. Creating something that will kill somebody generally requires hard objects and tremendous support systems: a whole infrastructure of design, manufacturing, delivery, training and execution activity.

Killing also is targeted, by definition. Sometimes poorly targeted. Sometimes a lot is killed that didn't have to be killed just to kill what we hope to kill. Lots of waste.

Peace, as it turns out, works differently.

Peace is the rest state of any system. As the fundamental, rest state, it doesn't require added energy, manufacture or design in order to function.

You have to go out of your way to kill people. It's work.

Not killing people is much easier. However, it turns out that there are levels of peace-creating forces just as there are levels of destructive possibilities in various weapons.

Peace is not simply the absence of war, any more than health is the lack of disease. Defining the positive state by the lack of the negative state fails to recognize that there may be levels of optimization of the positive state that are unaccountable by such categorization.

In terms of health, there are evidently levels of optimization physically or of self-actualization mentally that exceed the common levels of ordinary experience. These experiences of more enlightened states of psychophysiological functioning have been documented for centuries by literary, philosophical and religious documents in many cultures. In addition recent studies on advanced practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation and TM Sidhi Program, including Yogic Flying have indicated superior styles of human functioning which can be characterized as more enlightened styles of interpersonal and psychological functioning.

That peace is also optimizable is well documented by the research on TM and TM Sidhi Program, including Yogic Flying, as well.

But these are simply the results, and not the cause. Perhaps we should look at why these things work.
Quantum physics indicates that there are levels or strata of nature that underlie the traditional model of atoms and molecules, and that these levels are successively fields of greater and greater power.
Release of the inherent power available at the atomic level has powered atomic energy plants and atomic bombs alike. But there are levels of discovery that are far more subtle than that.

Ongoing research has indicated that underlying all of the atomic, subatomic, and even more subtle fields of existence is a unified field of existence that underlies all creation. Most thinking about this field must account for qualities of this field which are identical to what would have to be described as a field of pure consciousness.

There have been ample discussions of these parallels, such that the burden of proof is far stronger on the positive side than any other possibility that this field is the fundamental basis of both physical and human conscious life.

If this is the case, and both experiment and centuries of human experience indicates that it is, then, any person contacting such a field would be contacting the source of all energy and intelligence in creation.

For the individual, this could be expected to be a highly rejuvenating experience. Since this is the effect of the self development programs mentioned above, contact with this field is would be considered to be the operative benific cause.

In addition, we could look at the practitioner of the Yogic Flying technique, for example, as creating a more long-term effect, and in the case of group practice of this technique, evidently a synergistic one.

To understand this, consider that the Transcendental Meditation technique itself has the effect of allowing the conscious mind to settle down due to its attraction to this inner field of energy, which therefore has a corresponding relaxing effect on the physiology. This has a calming effect on the individual, and numerous physiological, psychological and sociological effects, as has been documented.

The TM Sidhi Program, including Yogic Flying, on the other hand, is based on the individual having established a deep familiarity with that inner field of silence and then acting dynamically in the practice of Yogic Flying. This dynamic expression of the inner field of silence in the real world is considered to be a far more powerful infusion of the peaceful, silent, unified, infinitely harmonious unified field than simply experiencing a meditative experience of restful, inner silence.

In Yogic Flying, therefore, we are functioning as if as a tuning fork or a radio, broadcasting that inner silence into the environment. In addition, the group practice of this technique evidently amplifies the effect even more powerfully.

Such techniques require no manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, storage, fueling or delivery systems. And they have been documented to create peace.

Peace, then, since it is not fundamentally definable by a lack of war, but rather as the fundamental state of all existence, is much easier to establish. It is what we get when we hit the cosmic reset button.

This, the rest state of the system, is dynamic, integrated, and infinitely attractive and enjoyable.

This is where we came from. We've had to work and strain to get away from it.

The effects of people practicing these peace generating technologies are widely distributed, in that when we stir the infinite value, the entire creation gets stirred. By bringing more of the infinite silence into the world, all of life is blessed.

Shooting everyone is a lot of work. Creating peace is easier, because it comes from a far, far, far more powerful level that the most powerful bomb imaginable.

War, in turns out, is parochial and localized. Peace is infinite, far more fundamental, basic, intrinsic, and powerful.

War will always lose this battle.

The question is, how soon?

Now would be a good time.
