In the white states
there is no voting
no political or social
opinion of any kind
you donât need to convince
or take a position on
right or wrong
this or that
You are the entire country
in and of yourself
What you do
What you think
What you are
That is the only nation
that you can truly change
for the better
Which you will know by
how at peace you are
how at one you are
how at home you are
with no thoughts
no planning
just being fully
conscious
And when you do that
when you are that
you are the ultimate
and only true
political act
You become the vote
not just once every four years
but 24/7/365
and help start the change
of the red and blue states
to something more reasonable
And simply, over time,
Will lighten
and soften them
both
To a delicately
blossoming
pink
and an
early morning sky
blue
